You will also learn techniques to effectively resolve a conflict in a way that satisfies everyone involved. This can involve compromise and collaboration. Effective resolutions cannot involve one party winning and another party losing.

Sometimes, unresolved conflicts can lead to confrontations. These confrontations can sometimes to lead to physical violence. You will learn effective ways to handle a confrontation so it doesn’t escalate into physical violence.
