Converting a group of people into a team is not an easy task. It requires the team leader to possess unique skills, techniques, and team building tools. It’s important to have an understanding of group characteristics, knowledge of the five stages of team building, and more. In this course called “The Art of Team Building,” you’ll learn ways to do this, such as integrating human relations into the workforce, what it means to have team cohesiveness, and the definition of situational leadership. Upon completion, you’ll be ready to establish accountability and motivation, define team roles and norms, and manage conflict.

Working together cohesively, a team can accomplish more than they can individually. In this training course, you will learn “The Art of Team Building,” including the five stages of building a team in the workplace. You’ll learn about situational leadership, human relations, group characteristics, and the different types of informal and formal communication. You’ll also discover the important concept of group think that will help you transform your group into a team.
