As a leader or manager, it's imperative for you to clarify employee expectations in a remote environment, by having a uniform approach throughout your organization. Managers and leaders should focus on helping employees succeed, while employees should be focused on gaining the right skillsets and tools to work remote. This can aid with moving projects forward faster and increasing collaboration.
