By using the Calendar in your Outlook account, you can create appointments and events, organize meetings, view group schedules, and much more. In these lessons, you will review options for creating multiple calendars to assist in organizing your events. You’ll learn how to create separate calendars for the different groups, committees, or organizations you may work with. You will also learn how to share your calendar with others on your team.
Later, you’ll see how Outlook helps you manage any events and appointments added to your calendar by attaching emails and files to the calendar item itself. We’ll also show you how to change your calendar view to suit your own situation and working style.
