Hello, my name is Nick Olgauer, and in these lessons, you will learn ways to work with multiple sheets. This includes proofing, cell linking, automations, and formulas. Proofing is a way to provide feedback directly on images, videos, documents, or PDFs to streamline the creative approval process. To get started, click the Add a Proof button on the left side of a row. Upload the file that you would like to proof. Click the Invite button to invite other reviewers. Add their name or email address, and then create a custom message for them. You have the option to allow reviewers to download the file or not. Click Send, and this will notify them based on their notification preferences. Once you invite them, you'll see the status change at the bottom of the panel. This indicates any pending requests, required changes, or approvals. On the reviewer side, they have the opportunity to approve the proof as it is, or indicate that it requires changes. They can also add their comments and tag people as they'd like. When hovering over the preview screen where the file is displayed, a series of additional markup tools appear. You can select a color, and then you can comment with a pin, area, an arrow, or an emoji. Select the commenting tool that you would like, and click where you'd like to place it within the file. Then in the Comments panel, you can add your notes accordingly. When providing feedback on a video, Smart Sheet captures the media by the second and indicates a time in the comments. To download the file, click the Download button on the bottom of the screen. As an administrator, you have a few more options that your reviewer does not. For instance, at the top of the screen, you can add a new version by clicking the version number and then selecting New Version. If you have any pending proof review requests, you will be prompted to cancel these prior to moving forward. Upload the new version and the version number at the top will change. On the right side, you can mark the review complete. Doing so will prevent further comments and review. You may also click the Export button to download, open the Proof in a new tab, or send to Brand Folder. Using the Vertical Ellipse button, you can cancel the review, delete the latest version, delete the entire proof completely, or create a Proof Info column. When clicking this, you will return to your sheet where you'll see a Proof Info column panel displayed. Click the drop-down menu to select a data type and then click the Plus button. This will create a new column on your sheet where this info will be stored. To remove the mapping, click the Red minus button and then confirm Delete. This will not remove the column so you'll need to manually delete this as well. To view all proofs within a sheet, click the Proofs button on the right bar. This has been an overview of proofs.
