You can’t afford to take breathing for granted when working around hazardous substances. Learn about the different types of respirators, how to use them, and how to overcome any challenges they may pose.
In these lessons, we’ll discuss the HAZWOPER approach to respiratory hazards. You’ll learn about the different types and classifications of respirators, along with the variety of filters they use. You’ll also learn how to navigate the challenges of working in full-body self-contained breathing suits, along with how to use a fit test to determine the right respirator for you.
