Hello, this is Oli Green. And in these lessons, we're going to learn about inserting graphics into a Visio drawing, creating a hyperlink to a webpage, and creating the hyperlink to navigate pages in Visio. Let's get started. We're going to come on over to the left. And if we don't have the template of choice open, we're gonna simply come on over to file at the top, come down to new, and we're gonna work our way over to our flowchart template. You can insert pictures in any template, but we're going to use our flow chart template. So we'll click on that. And that's going to open up another tab at the top. And with the flow chart template, We're going to come on over to Design and change the orientation of our page. So right now on our page is at Portrait. We're going to change it to Landscape. And let's make a small flowchart, just a few shapes. So we'll grab our Process, and we'll look for our arrow. We'll come on over to the right. We'll grab another process, another process, process, decision, process, And document. So we have a small diagram. Now we want to insert some pictures. So we're going to click on our white background to deselect our diagram and come up to the top and click on insert. And we want to insert pictures. As we said before, we're going to insert pictures from our pictures on our computer, online pictures, as well as stock images. So we're gonna come over to the left, we'll click on Pictures, and we're gonna navigate to our Knowledge City folder. So wherever our Knowledge City folder is saved on our computer, we're gonna come over to our Visio 365 files for Knowledge City. Let's click open. And within our Knowledge City folder is our Knowledge City logo. So we're going to select it and hit open. And we have our Knowledge City logo. We're going to drag it up to the top and leave it on the upper left-hand corner. Now, of course, if we wanted to resize, we can come down to the edge. And around the nodes, you're going to look for the two-way arrow and you'll click and you'll drag and we'll make our Knowledge City logo slightly bigger. And if we drag in the middle we'll get our four-way arrows. We can just drag around that picture and keep it at the same size. So we'll keep it in the corner. Let's insert another picture. We're going to deselect to make sure that we don't have anything selected. Come up to insert and now we're going to insert an online picture. So we're going to click on our online picture, which is going to utilize Microsoft Bing. So in our online picture, we have apples, we have animals, autumn, background, baseball, and a few other pictures. So we'll click at the top and we'll type in interview. Under interview we get a few different pictures for our interviews. And we're going to select the picture and we'll hit Insert at the bottom. And that's gonna bring in our picture. We're gonna just drag this picture up to the corner, and resize slightly. Let's come up to Insert, and come on over to Stock Images. And if we click on our Stock Images, we have stock images that we're pulling from online that we have access to if we're Microsoft 365 subscribers. And we're gonna simply select the picture and insert. And there's our picture, we're gonna hover. And our most recent picture will be the picture that's right at the top. So if we have our picture selected and we have our contextual tab that pops up, picture, and we'll come over to the left, we'll see our bring to front and send to back. So if we click send to back and we send to back, that's gonna send our picture in the back. So when we drag our picture around, our Knowledge City logo is on the top, as well as our diagram. So we're gonna resize our picture. So we'll drag our picture and we'll resize it. Okay, so our picture is nice and big. Once our picture is in the background, we're gonna right click, and we have a list that pops up. We're gonna come over to Format Options. And over on the right, we can change the width and the height, as well as the angle of the picture. And we can also fill in and put lines around our picture. And if we scroll down, we have our dashes, as well as our arrows around that picture. And we close, and we have our picture in the background. So in this lesson, we've inserted a picture. We've also inserted an online picture. We've inserted our stock image. And we've changed the stacking order of our pictures and we put a picture right in the back. Thanks for watching. And in the next lesson, we'll learn how to create a hyperlink to a webpage.
