Microsoft 365: Visio is an application for expressing visual ideas and showing processes in an organized manner. In this course, you will learn how to visualize and process your ideas by creating workflows, organizational charts, and basic computer diagrams. These visualizations can help you map out your plans and achieve your desired results in the real world.

You will become familiar with the Visio environment by learning how to navigate its various tabs and panes. You will also get acquainted with the Backstage View and some of the helpful templates that are available. This course uses Visio for the web. You will get to know the web-based interface and see how it differs from the desktop version.

You will use the basic flowchart template to create a process drawing for a plan or idea. The example will lay out the steps for hiring a candidate for a job position and walk through the steps that determine whether a candidate is hired or not. One of the main features of Visio is the organization chart.
