To ensure success in the course, the user should be familiar with the Windows operating system and able to work in a browser. While general computer knowledge is helpful, no prior experience with Word is required. The course starts with the user signing into their Microsoft account and then creating a new blank document. From there, material is presented in a step-by-step format making it easy to follow along.
