Hello, this is Ollie Green, and in this lesson, we're going to categorize our flow chart using our swimlanes and determine which part of the job belongs to a particular person, or a particular position. Let's get started. And we have our flow chart already created. We're gonna come on over to the left and we'll click on our cross functional flow chart shapes and that's gonna include our swimlane. In the event that you don't see it, you'll come on over to more shapes, come on over to flow chart and cross functional flow chart shape. And if we see it, we're A okay, this is fine. So come on over to the left. And what we're gonna do is actually drag our swimlane slightly above the page and there's our swimlane with our title. Now of course, it creates an extra page for us but no worries. We're gonna fix that in just a little bit. We'll drag it up a little bit more. We'll drag over our swimlane underneath and you'll see an orange line that pops up that lets us know our swimlane is going to be part of the title at the top. We're gonna let go, there's our swimlane and we're gonna drag over one more swimlane and we get all three. And we're gonna move this down in just a second but we wanna rename parts of our swimlane. So we're gonna click on title and we'll call this one candidate process. Come on over to our first function, we'll double click and we'll call this one admin. So this job and everything in this lane belongs to the admin. We'll come down to our next line and we'll type in recruiter and we'll come on down to last line and we'll type in hiring manager. And we'll zoom out. Grab our candidate process. And what we wanna do is just drag a selection over all. Gonna hover by the edge and drag down to our page. And we wanna be within a little bit in the margins. Still have it selected, hover at the bottom, look for the two arrows and drag down to the margin, and also hover at the top, drag up. And that swimlane will be even on our page. So all of our lanes will be even. And we can simply just drag our shapes to each particular swimlane. So if we have our hiring manager, he's gonna report to hiring, we're gonna drag him down here. We're also gonna drag down the end of the process as well as getting in touch with the applicant if he makes any changes and decides to take our position that we offer him. Also, any recording of the hiring requests will be by the admin, any preparing of the job. Our interview process will be handled by our recruiter. So we can hover and we can also drag our resume over, the candidate's resume, drag that over. And also, if we're advertising the job, we're gonna hover at the edge, drag that up. Selecting the candidate belongs to the hiring manager. Let's drag that down. And also making the job offer and hiring the candidate. And we've moved our shapes to our swimlane. So our swimlanes, as we said before, will come in handy with separating our shapes, our objectives and putting them into a particular area that they relate to. Thank you guys for watching and I'll see you in the next lesson.
