Hello, this is Ali Green, and in this lesson we're gonna explore some Visio templates. As we said before, the purpose of Visio is to create diagrams. So we're gonna explore some of the diagrams that can be created within Visio. So we'll start out with no project open, but Visio will be open. Let's come on up to the top, click on File. And under New, we have our most recent visualization. So, our basic diagram, blank drawing, org chart, so org chart wizard, org chart. Also underneath we have Office where we have particular charts we can choose from. And we also have categories. And our categories are gonna have a bunch of different visualizations that we can choose from. Let's click on Office and under Office, let's choose Flowchart. So when we choose Flowchart, we have US Units. You can also use the metric system. We're gonna keep it on US Units and inches. We'll click on a blank page and we'll hit Create. And our other pages are if we wanted to apply different colors and different themes. We're gonna hit Create. We're gonna open up our page and our particular stencils that are associated with this flowchart. So let's grab Process, grab Decision, grab Process again, and we've dragged our shapes to our chart. We've dragged our shapes to our page. Come up to File at the top. Come on down to Close. And we'll say, Don't Save. Come up to File. And we'll come down to our org chart, our Organization Chart, let's click on it. And again, we have US Units, and we just have our blank page, let's hit Create. And this is our org chart. And later on in these following lessons we'll have a chance to go into the org chart in detail. So we'll see here that we have our org chart shapes, Executive Belt, Manager Belt, and various other shapes, Three positions that we can add to our page. We'll come up to File at the top. Come on down to Close. We'll come up to File once again, come down to New. And if we scroll down, we can also apply a room layout, and a computer network diagram. Let's click on room layout, blank page, click on Create. And on the left we take a look at our stencils and our shapes. We have shapes that are for a particular room, Office Furniture, as well as Office Equipment. So those are some of the templates we have to choose from. As time goes on and we get into other lessons, we'll create and we'll use our flowcharts as well as our org charts. Thank you guys for watching, and I'll see you in the next lesson.
