Course Description

This Microsoft Project Intermediate course is designed for users who are ready to increase their productivity in Project by adding new knowledge and skills to their existing toolset. In this course, you will be introduced to more sophisticated topics such as editing additional views including Timeline and Network Diagram View. You will learn how to assign resources to tasks and effectively edit them throughout the lifespan of a project. You will explore project tracking tools such as saving Baseline and Interim Plan as well as the Tracking Gantt. Finally, you will learn how to use Resource Pools to share resources among multiple files. By the end of this course, you will better understand resources and tasks, and how they work off of each other. You will also be able to work with reports, including how to track the progress of your current projects.
