In this course, we'll discuss the requirements of the HAZCOM standards, the hazards associated with different types of HAZMATs, and what you can do to avoid those hazards. We will cover hazards that are likely to occur during cleaning and maintenance processes, as well as broader environments. You will learn how to recognize and avoid potentially hazardous materials, as well as what to do if you are exposed to a hazardous material. You will also understand both your and your employers' responsibilities when hazardous materials are present in your workplace.
