In this lesson, I will show you how to create infographic ideas. You wanna navigate to file and head over to new. When you have new, you will be presented with the new document tab. You were under the social tab before, so make sure to switch to character animation. Select standard, which has a preset of a width of 640 and a height of 480. Keep the frame rate at 30 frames-per-second and the platform type action script 3.0. Then hit create. Here, we have the preset document, and I have the library. In the library, I'm going to place my ideas for the infographic. If you don't do the library tab, the icon will be displayed here, and the icon will look like a stack of books. All you do is just grab the stack of books and drag it over here. Now, looking at the library, it's empty, but if you right-click in the empty area, you can create a new symbol. That's one way of how to create a new symbol. The second way is to click this plus sign down here, which is new symbol. I'm going to put this as ideas. Over here in the library, we can see that we have a new symbol called ideas. When creating infographic ideas, there's some things that we need to consider such as the following. With the text tool activated, I can go to properties. Right now, I have a width of 65, but you can change it depending on your liking. The font color is set to black. You can change the font color by clicking on the box here. Now I'm ready to start with my ideas. I'm going to call this ideas. And below, things to consider when creating the infographic. Text to display. On your infographic, you'll have different texts such as, in my case, a restaurant, still sticking to the theme of cupcakes. So, for example, an infographic would have the name of the restaurant. It would also have text based on different examples of menu items, and such as the cost, and for those menu items, maybe going in more detail of what the ingredients are. Those are just some ideas, but text to display. Also, when creating your infographic, you wanna consider the visual design elements. These are the things that we will use in order to create the infographic. Now that the library has the ideas, we will continue to reference to it. Also, you're welcome to add other ideas as well. In the next lesson, I will show you adding and editing symbols. Thanks for watching.
