Go ahead and head over to quickbooks.intuit.com forward slash pricing and you can see it right there in the address bar and that's where you're going to see the different subscriptions that are available. Right now they have the essentials, the plus and the advanced and notice for each of these that currently they're 50% off for three months and you can see the pricing is there for each. You can also try each of these free for 30 days. You just slide this little slider over to the right and then when you choose one of them you'll be able to try it for free. Now notice this one here you can't you have to call for product demo but we're going to talk about that here in a second. I want to go through each of these plans so that you'll know what each includes and that will help you make a decision on which one's best for your business. The first one is essentials and I advise you to start with that one if you're a new business and you don't have a lot of clients yet because this one allows you to do all the basic things that you'll need to do. You can send invoices and receive payments from customers. You can track your income and expenses. You can separate your business and personal. You can see manage and pay bills, track sales tax. You can organize your receipts and rent some standard reports. Now at some point you'll want to upgrade to the plus which is the most popular and typically if you've had your business for a little while you may want to just start with this one. This one offers everything that essentials has but in addition you can rent some more enhanced reports and you can never have enough reports. You can also track your job profitability. If you're in construction for an example then that means you want to do what's called job costing and you'll be able to do that with the plus plan here and then you can also manage inventory. So if you have inventory in your business you'll want to go with the plus. Now the advanced one here you may not need everything this has to offer. Let me just scroll down so you can see all these other things. This one allows you to have up to 25 users. I didn't mention that this one allows you five users and this one allows you to have one user and what a user basically means is that's the amount of people that can have their own username and password and log in to use QuickBooks. This one you would use if you have a larger business and you need some of these additional options that you see here. So like I said I suggest that everyone either start with essentials or the plus and then go from there. What I'm going to do is slide over to the free 30-day trial and I'm going to click on try it free and this is where you can go ahead and create a new Intuit account and once you've done that you can go ahead and sign in and start creating a new company file.
